かつてはマフィアの別荘であり、これを市議会が没収して市民に“ジャズの家”として返還された歴史を持つ 「CASA DEL JAZZ」。この日の主役はジャズ・ミュージシャンの父を持つBeatrice Gattoと彼女の仲間たち。ジャズ、ソウルにイタリア歌謡まで、若い世代ならではの解釈でフレッシュに己のヴォイスに変換してアットホームな会場を沸かせていました。ローマを見ても、ジャズ死なず！その道は繋がったままなのです。

New Strikers
NewStrikers is a band born in 2018 on the ashes and footsteps of “Antonio Apuzzo Strike!”, group that released Songs of yesterday, today and tomorrow (Dodicilune) in 2016.
In 2019 he made a live reduction in 6 videos of Music for vocals, reeds, brass, marimba, bass, drums & percussion on You Tube.
In 2020 he recorded in digital and CD Musiche Insane (Alfa Music 2020), a collection of original compositions on lyrics by Antonio Apuzzo , Marta Colombo and four great modern and contemporary poets and writers such as James Joyce, Dylan Thomas, Cesare Pavese and Jolanda Insana.
Musiche Insane is a sound story in the form of a suite, in which heterodox songs, irregular blues and free improvisations blend through the recited verses of a poem by Jolanda Insana, giving life to a sound flow of music and poetry. To the sounds and words are added the colors of the cover design specially created by Paul Whitehead.
In “Il Manifesto”, Luigi Onori points out it as one of the best productions of the last twenty years.
Always with the cover art of Whitehead and in a sort of musical continuity, in 2022 AlfaMusic publishes on vinyl and digital version, the second album of the band, The Songs Album, a collection of seven original songs based on lyrics by Antonio Apuzzo, Marta Colombo and four great modern and contemporary poets and writers such as James Joyce, Dylan Thomas, Cesare Pavese and Jolanda Insana, taken from Musiche Insane (AlfaMusic 2020) and a series of arrangements by Antonio Apuzzo, Michele Villetti and Valerio Apuzzo , of songs by Ornette Coleman, Fred Hersch & Norma Winstone, Gentle Giant, Nina Simone.
